By creating an account, accessing, or using BestFem, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must:

You retain ownership of your content.

You grant BestFem a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute content solely for operating, improving, securing, promoting, and providing the service.

You represent that:

• you own or control rights to uploaded content;
• your content does not violate law;
• your content does not infringe third-party rights.

Messaging may become available after users connect through platform features.

BestFem does not routinely monitor private messages. However, we may review content where reasonably necessary for:

• abuse or harassment investigations;
• safety concerns;
• fraud prevention;
• legal compliance;
• enforcement of these Terms;
• security protection.

Private communications are not end-to-end encrypted unless expressly stated.

Users may create, join, leave, and participate in communities and events.

BestFem may also host or facilitate community experiences.

BestFem is not responsible for:

• user conduct at events;
• third-party venues;
• transportation;
• personal safety decisions;
• agreements between members.

Participation in offline interactions is at your own risk.

You may not:

• harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse others;
• discriminate or promote hateful conduct;
• upload sexual exploitation content;
• spam users;
• scam or defraud users;
• impersonate others;
• create fake accounts;
• scrape platform data;
• reverse engineer the service;
• interfere with infrastructure;
• distribute malware;
• use bots without permission;
• solicit unlawful services;
• violate applicable laws.

We may investigate suspected misconduct.

Actions may include:

• warnings;
• content removal;
• feature restrictions;
• temporary suspension;
• permanent termination;
• reporting to authorities where required.

Moderation decisions are made at our reasonable discretion.

BestFem is currently offered free of charge.

We may introduce:

• subscriptions;
• premium memberships;

• promotional offers.

Additional commercial terms may apply.

BestFem may offer referral campaigns, giveaways, rewards, and promotional programs.

We reserve the right to:

• modify eligibility;
• cancel abuse-driven participation;

BestFem branding, design, software, trademarks, visual assets, workflows, and proprietary features remain our property or licensed to us.

No rights are transferred except limited use rights necessary to access the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued.

BestFem is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

• successful friendships;
• compatibility;
• user authenticity;
• uninterrupted service;
• absence of harmful user behavior.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BestFem shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

This includes damages arising from:

• user interactions;
• offline meetings;
• service interruptions;
• account access issues;
• user-generated content;
• third-party conduct.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using BestFem at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where necessary for safety, abuse prevention, compliance, or business operations.

Use of BestFem is governed by our Privacy Policy.

If downloaded via Apple or Google marketplaces, platform terms may also apply.

Apple and Google are not responsible for the service itself.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
