Messages are stored to operate the service. BestFem does not routinely monitor private communications. However, access may occur where reasonably necessary for safety, investigations, legal compliance, or security.

Messages are not represented as end-to-end encrypted.

Submitted profile information may be manually reviewed for onboarding and safety purposes.

Approval review is not identity verification.

We may use service providers including infrastructure, hosting, analytics, authentication, communications, app distribution, and security vendors.

• safety in real-world meetings.

Users may report misconduct.

Blocking

Users may block others.

Events

For offline events:

• meet in public places;
• tell someone where you are;
• arrange independent transport;
• trust your judgment;
• leave unsafe situations.

Emergencies

BestFem is not an emergency service.
